We accept Prepaid payments (no extra charge) and Cash on Delivery (COD, ₹99 fee applies). Orders are confirmed once payment is completed (prepaid) or the order is placed (COD). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and charges. ShineKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our products are intended for general household cleaning use only. Please follow the usage instructions on the product packaging. ShineKart is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use or use inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions.
